Catherine Puckering (born 1968) is an American actress and singer. She was raised in Ukiah, California.

Puckering attended Ukiah High School where she took part in school musicals and plays before graduating in 1986. After graduation, she studied musical theater performance at Mendocino College and graduated with an AA degree in 1988.

She is currently a lecturer in the Communication Department at University of California, Davis.
